SHIT! President Mitt? Last night Willard Romney (who names their kid Willard? Even though it was pre rat movie) had his Etch A Sketch moment. Sure he made some shit up (cut taxes for the wealthy?? Me?) But he looked very Presidential doing it. Plus Ann’s dress was prettier ( the usually lovely Michelle looked a bit frumpy to me. Show me the arms!) And Mitt’s flag pin was bigger. He who has the biggest pin wins.
Now today is a big day. For Mitt and my family. Sandra is getting her cast off. And I’m getting a laser. She thinks her appointment is a bigger deal. I will look 5 minutes younger. She will have FINGERS (why do I always put that in caps?)
Inside the giant orange cast she has been moving her brand new fingers. Today we will see them. Talk about moving. And I think it will be better for playing Twister. Hey look, there’s bit of my son’s leg! That’s all Im allowed to show of him these days. He’s fourteen (emphasis on the TEEN).
Last night around midnight I was blow drying the cast. Not the cat…her cast. We went for a litttle late night hot tub and even with the big trash bag on it the cast got wet. Thats right I splashed her (she gets endless joy out of splashing me. Knowing I should not splash her back.) So I had to blow dry her beautiful hair and the cast and she giggeled all the way.
I tried to explain the debate to her. She got part of it “Su Presidente es Obama”. Not sure she got the SHIT! Mitt?? part. Then many watching diidn’t get it either. I was waiting for Obama to look at his watch (like Daddy Bush did). Chris Christie may have been right. The debate maybe a game changer. And if Mitt had picked Christie for VP… I bet come November we would be swearing in …President Mitt (SHIT!! And sorry I’m swearing)
This is whay I miss you so much on GDLA. I am political nut (like you emphasis on the nut) and I loved it when you gave your view on the politics of the day. I could tell you loved it too and you and Steve would really get into it. Steve needs to have yout there so he can discuss the issues with someone that actually know and cares about it. P.S. don’t write off Mr. O yet there’s still 2 more debates and 33 days of campaigning.

Why do we even bother with debates, etc? All they do is stand up there and lie…. everything out of their mouths is a lie! Obama seems to have forgotten we’ve already had 4 years of “HOPELESS CHANGE”…. lol He was making the same promises last night that he did 4 years ago! GOD HELP US! I love what you’re doing with Sandra…. you’re forever changing a little girls life. OH… and I used to know a “Willard” (friend of my ex husbands)…. he was/is an attorney…. I couldn’t stand him and he knew it…. lol I called him WIL-NERD! hehehehe

I know you were on the morning shift for many years and didn’t get to watch the competition. So I can excuse you. But haven’t you ever heard of Willard Scott? You know, the guy who has done weather on NBC’s Today show for 40 years? Oh, weather and birthday’s. Who knows, with a little more laser, you too could be on his centenarian birthday list.
Sounds like you’re having fun. And that’s great. But go easy on MItt. He wasn’t a half bad governor here in Ma. No scandals like your former gov.

Who names their daughter Dorothy? Glad you got fired? You were always looking for compliments, always late, always wanting attention (that is why you always wore short skirts and dresses so short and called attention to it). I have news for you… no one wants to see a 55 year old dressing like a 20 year old. You are rude and opinionated and it is about time that someone puts you in your place.
I agree with Barbara. For someone who claims to be so christian you sure do have some strong opinions and criticize other people. What about our current President who sat in a chuch run by a pastor Jermiah Wright for over 20 years? A pastor who quoted God Damn America and you….Miss Holy Roller think that is okay? Your President who is so smart did not have enough sense to walk out of that church until he was in the public eye? You should practice what you preach, you are no better than the rest of the christian hypocrites out there. What message are you sending to your son and to that foster child or whatever that girl is that you took in for whatever reason, for your 15 minutes of fame, I have news for you, the good news girls….you are not a news girl any longer, you are a washed-up has been.
To Barbara and Lauren, I’ve never heard Dorothy hurt or belittle anyone, and she sure is entitled to her opinion just like you two lovely ladies that seem to be ready to blow your gasket with all your hate. Don’t know how old you two lovely’s are but you have issues. I hear alot of hate,chill out you two. And as for Dorothy don’t you dare change to conform to the two hater’s standards.We love you just the way you are.

@Jfore, They are this blog because they are VERY lonely ladies. They obviously have a lot of bitterness to spew all over the place and Dorothy’s turn was next. You really need to find compassion for these ladies for who else would take their valuable time out of a day to write such garbage? Oops their time isn’t valuable I forgot. Their life is useless. No where to go and no one to love them. What a pity.
Sorry Dorothy but I hope you can overcome negativity. These two (2) lovely ladies are tiny tiny pebbles on the beach , step over them or maybe on the, lol

I believe that Sandra is so fortunate to have you , David & of course Nash. That little girl will recover so much sooner with the postive love & support that you have provided for her and I’m certain that her Mother is so grafeful as well. These thing’s that you do is good stuff & thing’s you require in life. You thrive on helping other’s or reaching out and this little girl know’s how much you & your family have enjoyed being there for her. You are so witty & real that Sandra is absorbing all three of you and that will carry over once she goes home and this will stay with her forever as well as to heal her..
Dorothy , I am not sure what’s up with being Mean. Everyone had a right to their opinion, but being just mean is not ok. I am thrilled to hear Sandra is doing so well, it really shines through in your word that you are happy. I hope you take a picture of her face when she see’s her fingers!
Good Morning Dorothy, Your Blog is just what this world needs, People need to see & hear about how we can help are fellow humans. You are a good example of a Biblical Christian. You remind me of Peter who was a sailor/fisherman so he would have been a salty type. Peter had his good moments & bad moments. Jesus still put him in charge of leading the Disciples. So You have just as good a background to do God’s work as any other Believer. When I was a Police Officer people thought they hated Cops but after I helped them they were glad to know some Police Officer are there to help. But some still hated. Jesus wants to Save the world but not all will accept His Salvation. You are very unique in your style & I think people see Christianity as a cookie cutter religion. I see You have a relationship with God & Jesus is Your Lord & Savior & your BFF. The Bible says in John chap15 verse 18 -”If the world hates you , you know that it hated Me before it hated you” , I believe God is doing a work in you to reach this world for Him, & He is still working on your rough edges, like a Diamond in the rough. We are God’s creation & You are a Beautiful example of caring for the temple of God’s Spirit in you. You made me Laugh & cry when You shared your life on GDLA, thank you for your service. Fight the Good Fight in the Service of God.

I thought you were so smart and knew everything about politics? You mention above about the president being sworn in during the month of November. Check your facts. I bet Maria Sandstone wouldn’t make that mistake.
What’s up with the meanies? I didn’t watch GDLA every day so it took me awhile to figure out you were gone. I kept turning it off because you weren’t there; thought you were on vacation or half way around the world on a volunteer mission. Finally googled your name and found out you were let go and Jilian soon after. You guys may not have always been on the same page in your personal lives, but on screen you were magic, great chemistry betwwen you two and also Steve (the perfect balance). Anybody pathetic enough to look up your blog just to make mean comments deserves pity, what a sad life. I love you because you are real. My only negative is the black background on your blog, very difficult to read the type. If I made any typos it’s because I can barely decipher the letters. Other than that, it’s great!
