OPRAH and the CURE FOR THE COMMOM COLD.

I could go for some NyQuil in a wine glass.
I have a cold.
And even though it’s wet out…
It’s dry January.
I stopped drinking.
I may lose my friends.
I’d like to lose a few pounds.
That didn’t happen last January.
But my skin got better.
Currently I have a zit on my nose.
So there goes my good skin theory.
Since I’m sick I don’t want to eat or drink.
So it’s easy to keep those New Years resolutions.
But I did have NyQuil.
It that cheating?
I just drank it and went to bed.
Which does sound like my red wine.
Mostly I’m drinking tea and kefir.
Kefir is liquid yogurt.
Nash’s pediatrician once told me you should put a bit of it up your nose.
It sounds gross…
But it may be the cure for the common cold.
I feel better today.
Yesterday I got a hot tea and watched the Golden Globes.
The dry Golden Globes.
Once the stars started reading the prompter it wasn’t much fun.
As for people who rarely read the prompter…
I’ve been chatting with Jillian and Steve.
We’re still laughing together.
We’ll see if it turns into more that that
Like the Oprah for President movement.
I love Oprah.
She has a platform and she uses it for good.
But should we have another TV president?
Probably not.
If she does run I think she needs (heads exploding) a VP like Hillary.
A two chick ticket!
Just know I’m writing under the influence of NyQuil.
